Heated Pumps
Atmo-Seal Engineering, Inc. manufactures heated pumps for use in gas and diesel sampling; stack testing and process monitoring. Our heated pumps move your sample and keep it hot, so you will not experience condensation or hydrocarbon hang-up. Our typical operating range is 450 F, but higher temps may be available for some applications.

Tough and Adaptable Heated Sample Pumps
At Atmo-Seal, Inc. we know the demands placed on pumps in the real world of emissions sampling. Ease of maintenance and repair are at the forefront of all of our heated head designs. All of our designs allow for full access to the pump head for maintenance and repairs without compromising thermal transfer or performance.
Our heated pump housings are constructed with high-temperature phenolics, stainless steel fasteners and low thermal-transmission materials to provide both durability and operator safety.
Our heated pumps carry a full 18 month limited warranty, too! And all Atmo-Seal heated components easily interface with our heated sample lines.
Super High Flow Heated Sample Pump
Atmo-Seal, Inc., knows that today’s high-speed analyzers require a fast, efficient heated pump. We provide a heated head pump with the capability to deliver over 150 LPM of smooth sample flow at ambient temps. With our quad-head heated pumps. These heated pumps will provide a TRUE Sample Flow of well over 100 LPM at 191 C.
Options
As always, Atmo-Seal, Inc., will customize your heated head pumps by incorporating manifolds, valves, filters or other items (as requested) into your heated head pump system WITHOUT jeopardizing your delivery schedule. We offer pumps rated for hazardous locations and explosive environments. (Class 1 Div 2 Group CD).
